The Apartment Complex is situated on the outskirts of Dolna Banya at
the end of a quiet, newly-built road. The southern aspect has an uninterrupted view of the imposing Rila Mountains, with
fields and pastureland in between. The complex is set in its own grounds, and cosists of five different levels. Altogether
there are six large one- and two-bedroom apartments. Each has two balconies, so, along with another communal balcony, there

The complex is currently nearing completion. Externally,

Each apartment has an electric central heating system, and also have woodstoves.
